Returns & Shipping

For over a century, Gattle’s has provided customers with the highest quality products and services.  We hope you absolutely love your purchase from; however, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we would love to work with you to accommodate your needs.


We will gladly accept returned merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date. The return must be accompanied by a receipt and in its original condition, including original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tagging.  Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

Please allow for 3-5 business days for returns to be fully processed.

Custom orders, monogrammed merchandise, down products, and sale items do not qualify for returns.

If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact Gattle’s Online Customer Service within 48 hours.

Please note that proper care according to the manufacturer instructions is a requirement on all merchandise. Gattle’s will not accept any returned items due to improper care.

Please, also, note this return policy regards online orders only. Please reach out to our store locations for in-store returns information. Products purchased online from Gattle’s may ONLY be returned and processed through Gattle’s online.


Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be received and for the fulfillment process to begin.  Your order should ship within 2-3 business days and can take up to a week to be delivered if you selected the standard shipping option. We are happy to offer free shipping for online orders over $150. This is not valid at the Gattle’s store location and is only applicable to Gattle’s online orders.
